This intimate dinner experience will be prepared by our trainees and recent graduates of the Forge City Works Culinary Job Training Program – each dish a reflection of their journey, growth, skills, and creativity. Enjoy a delicious multi-course dinner, drink pairings, and a night full of flavor, celebration, and impact.
